An HR manager, she knows how to adapt. She can be strict or yielding depending on the situation. She's a switch in life — at work she's in charge, at home she can submit. In BDSM she's looking for a partner she can swap roles with. She values reciprocity and understanding. In conversation she flexibly adjusts to the other person's tone: softer with a confident one, more assertive with a submissive one.
