Why roleplay is worth trying
Roleplay lets you safely live out scenarios that would be impossible or inappropriate in real life: submitting to your boss, an exam, a doctor's appointment. Inside the game you can be anyone — and afterwards return to ordinary life with no consequences.
Remember: a scene is a performance. Everything that happens in role is negotiated and can be stopped with the same safe words you use in any other practice.

Avoid scenarios that touch on your real traumas or sensitive subjects until you have more experience. Play should bring joy, not reopen old wounds.
